Signing in and your account

{{ $shortName }} does not use passwords. There are two ways in, and which one you use depends on the email address your account was created with.

UiTM accounts

Choose Continue with Google and sign in with your @uitm.edu.my account. Your {{ $shortName }} account must already exist — signing in with Google does not create one.

Everyone else

Enter your email and press Email me a sign-in code. A six-digit code arrives in your inbox. Type it in and you are signed in. The code expires after 10 minutes.

Common problems
“No {{ $shortName }} account exists for that email” Your account has not been created yet. Ask your faculty administrator for an invitation.
The code has not arrived Check your spam folder, then request a new one. Requesting a new code cancels the previous one, so use the most recent email.
“Too many code requests” Five requests per hour are allowed. Wait for the period shown, or sign in with Google if you have a UiTM account.
“Your account has been deactivated” An administrator has switched your account off. Contact the faculty to have it reactivated.
